  • Randa began her fitness career with a love for dance as a Zumba instructor circa 2008. She quickly realized that she had an immense passion for leading group classes that combined movement and great music. Even with her success and a strong following she still felt something lacking and incomplete.

After taking her first hot vinyasa yoga class in 2015, Randa realized why. One year later in 2016 Randa received her RYT 200 with Younique Yoga in Allenhurst New Jersey. Ever since, She has been totally committed to her yoga practice which has opened her eyes to the different methods and facets that yoga has to offer. Randa realized that it helped her grow spiritually and at the same time it challenged her body physically in a way nothing else can ever match. She feels like she discovered the world's biggest secret in attaining a balanced practice that nourishes the mind and body harmoniously.

Fast forward to today Randa’s calling is to share her yoga practice and knowledge with as many people as possible. She loves to connect and meet new people and nothing gives her greater pleasure than seeing her students attain that “yoga high”.

  • 200 Hour Teacher Training
    Brooklyn Girl Born and Raised

Through teaching yoga, I can share a blend of mind and body through balance, strength, and flexibility in a modern sense. My classes reflect that, introducing a strong and dynamic blending of sequenced breath and movement alongside a modern twist of both upbeat and subtle music to help my students experience the magic of yoga.

I have my family to thank as the backbone of my progress, with my husband and 3 sons (yes, all boys) supporting me through every step of the way.

My dream is to motivate people. My strive is to help them succeed. My goal is to help make clear that quitting is never an option.

My motto is “If You Fall, Get Back Up.”

  • Courtney's approach to her classes is breath focused, non-dogmatic, and empathic, with an emphasis on creative sequencing with both Iyengar and Ashtanga influences and a great playlist. Courtney considers herself a student before anything and hopes to impart to her students the opportunities for growth and expansion that she has had and continues to receive from her many teachers. As a licensed social worker, Courtney firmly believes that a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lense is necessary in order to fully understand a person and aims to incorporate elements of yoga into her therapeutic interventions. Deep bows to her teachers at Kula and The Shala and so many others who have touched her heart and helped light her path.
