Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our policies vary depending on the class. Full classes start on time. If you’re not here at the start of class, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

    For all other classes, there is a five minute grace window, but please make sure you’re dressed and ready to practice when you arrive. If you’re running late, please inform the studio

    We strongly encourage arriving 15 minutes early as it ensures the best experience for you, your fellow students, and your teacher.

  • You must cancel your class at least 12 hours prior to class start time. If you do not cancel within this window, you will lose the class. For certain extenuating circumstances, please call the studio ahead of time.

    There are no refunds or exchanges, so please be certain you will be able to attend before purchasing.

  • We offer limited spots in order to provide adequate space in the studio. Mats and props are fully disinfected between each use. We also use Molekule air purifiers throughout, which use proprietary Photo Electrochemical Oxidation (PECO) nanotechnology to destroy viruses, VOCs, allergens, bacteria & mold.

  • This practice is for anyone with an open mind and desire to learn. Teachers provide alternative poses to accommodate everyone at all levels.

  • Hot yoga improves flexibility, increases joint mobility, trains your lungs to retain more air, builds bone density, burns more calories, regulates blood glucose levels, boosts heart health, helps manage stress, improves skin health, among many other physical and psychological benefits.

  • The studio is heated between 80-90 degrees with varying levels of humidity.

  • Yoga mats are free to rent, but feel free to bring your own. Non-slip mat towels are available to rent for $2.

  • We recommend flexible and moisture-wicking fabrics so you can move with ease.

  • Yes, you should always stay hydrated, especially since you will sweat a lot. A water fountain is available at the studio so you can fill up your water bottles for free. Take water breaks during class as needed.

  • You’re welcome to take any class, but please consult with your doctor before practicing. Always listen to your body.
