Be Still & Know

Sometimes we think we learn from experience, but many of us actually don't learn from our past. We tend to repeat patterns in our lives, even though we already know it might not be the best for us.

As my teachers have taught me, when we learn to sit still with our naked breath— through the uncomfortable silence, is where we are more likely to learn and to know by going inward.

A consistent meditation practice can give us the opportunity to break patterns from our past and free us so the we can recreate our life the way we choose to moving forward.
