sometimes we think we learn and we know from our life experiences. but may of us don't learn from the past and we tend to repeat patterns in our lives even though we know it might not be the best for us. hence the phrase "repetition compulsion"

as my teachers have taught me...when we learn to sit still with our naked breathe ....through the uncomfortable silence is where we are more likely to learn and to know by going inward.

a consistent meditation practice can give us the opportunity to break patterns from our past and free us so the we can recreate our life the way we choose it.
